Milk of your choice 200ml
MPowder Meno-Boost
30g (3 level tbsp)
Banana (ideally frozen) 1
Soft fruit (anything works but berries best) 80g
Raw Honey 1 tbsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp
Oats 1 tbsp

Prep time 2 minutes

METHOD

Place everything in a blender and blitz. If you're looking for added texture, sprinkle with seeds just before drinking.
