Milk of your choice, chilled (almond works very well)
Spinach (Fresh or frozen) Handful
Avocado 1/2
Lemon Juice Squeeze
Fresh Ginger A slice

Place everything in a blender and blitz.
A spoonful of almond butter is a great addition if you are looking for an extra protein hit. A few cubes of ice creates a thicker consistency.
