30g (3 level tbsp)
Banana 1
Cinnamon to Taste
1/4-1/2 tbsp
Turmeric 2 inches if fresh, 1tsp if ground
Coconut Yogurt 2 tbsp
Oats 25g

METHOD

If using fresh turmeric root, peel and grate. Place everything in a blender and blitz. Sprinkle chia seeds on top prior to serving.
