30-Day Wellbeing Tracker
Your first pouch of PERI-BOOST, MENO-BOOST, MOOD-FOOD, GUT-INSTINCT or EXTRA-MILER comes with FREE wellbeing tracking: a short weekly check-in, advice matched to you, and a personal report at day 30. Look out for a text from MPOWDER after your order.
Tracking is optional, takes two minutes a week, and you can stop or delete your data at any time.
Please make sure your mobile number is on your order, so your invitation can reach you.
How it works
1. A text from MPOWDER
After your first order of a blend, we send a text from MPOWDER to the mobile number on your order. There is no need to reply.
2. Tap the link and tick to agree
Tap the link in the text and tick the box to agree to tracking. We only start once you have agreed.
3. Your first scores
Score how you feel in each area from 1 to 7. It takes two minutes. Ideally, do this before your pouch arrives, so you have a clear starting point.
4. A weekly check-in
Once a week for four weeks, you get a two-minute check-in by text. Each one is followed by a short read from our Lifestyle Medicine team, chosen for what is bothering you most.
5. Your day-30 report
At day 30, your personal report shows how each area has changed and what may help next. It comes with a free one-to-one with Dr Vera Martins and her team.
Who can track
The 30-Day Wellbeing Tracker comes free with your first pouch of each blend bought at mpowder.store.
Your privacy
Your scores are health data. We use them only with your permission and we never sell them. We delete them 24 months after your last check-in, and you can stop tracking or ask us to delete your data at any time. Read our privacy policy for the full details.
