Peri-Boost No Bake Protein Slices

My daily routine consists of adding as much goodness into my diet as possible (as well as the occasional sweet treat!). That’s why I’m a huge fan of MPowder.

I’ve been creating lots of recipes and this one is definitely a winner! Each slice contains the recommended amount of peri boost.

Whip up some delicious and nutritious slices with MPowders Peri Boost! 💪 These protein-packed treats are quick, easy, convenient, and oh-so-delicious! 😋

MPOWDER's Peri Boost No Bake Protein Slices:

Ingredients:
- 300g oats
- 405g MPowders Peri-Boost
- 40g ground chia seeds
- 30g cacao (optional)
- 50ml maple syrup
- 40g coconut oil, melted with 30g of nut butter (cashew recommended)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, MPOWDER's, Peri Boost, ground chia seeds, and cacao (if using).
2. Add in the maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and nut butter. Mix well.
3. If the mixture is very dry and not binding, add a tablespoon of water to moisten it.
4. Press the mixture into a lined brownie tin and score 9 slices.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

Optional Chocolate Topping:
Ingredients:
- 150g dark chocolate, chopped into small chunks
- 75g plant-based cream

Instructions:

1. Gently heat the plant-based cream until it is just about to boil, then remove from heat.
2. Add in the chopped dark chocolate and carefully swirl to coat it with the hot cream.
3. Mix until a smooth ganache forms.
4. Spread the ganache over the bars and place them back in the fridge.
5. Allow the bars to chill for a while until the chocolate topping sets.

The protein slices can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
