Can MPowder products be taken alongside HRT?
Although we have formulated our range to ensure there are no known contra-indications with the ingredients in our blends and body-identical HRT, we always advise that you speak to your doctor first. When should I start taking products from the MPowder range?
Mood-Food can be taken at any point in your midlife journey to target the specific symptoms of brain fog, sleep issues and anxiety. Peri-Boost is then designed to be taken from the beginning of your perimenopause journey which for most of us is likely to be 40+. Meno-Boost is a great foundation layer from 45+ as symptoms tend to shift. Please ensure you check the ingredients in our blends to assess the safety and speak to your health practitioner if you have any concerns, an underlying health condition, or are on medication. How do I know which blend is right for me?
I'm already taking a number of supplements. Should I stop these when I start taking your blends each day?
If you're on any medication and / or you've been prescribed supplementation for a vitamin deficiency you should always check with your doctor before introducing MPowder to your daily routine. But our foundational blends are designed to deliver a foundational layer. This means that you are unlikely to need to purchase additional vitamin and mineral supplements to get the foundational support your body needs. The one additional supplement you may want to consider or continue, if not present in your diet, is a good high-dose source of Omega-3. Our capsule powders target identified ‘cluster symptoms’ so you may need additional supplements if you have additional needs.
How to take MPowder
Why do you suggest that your blends are taken in the morning?
Our formulas contain a rich blend of natural energy-giving sources. Making MPowder part of your morning routine ensures you receive maximum benefit.
Why do you suggest that your wholefood-led formulas are taken within 30 minutes of mixing?
Peri-Boost and Meno-Boost are free from nasty caking agents and bulking agents and packed full of wholefoods. This means the mixture can separate if left to stand more than 30 minutes after blending.
How often should I take MPowder?
All of the products in our range are designed to be taken every day.
What to expect
I've started noticing my stools are looser - is this normal?
In the first 1-3 weeks of introducing products from our range, you may experience an increase in bowel movements and changes in stool consistency as a result of the detox properties of our blends. However, if you experience extreme discomfort or diarrhoea, it may be that you need to introduce our product more gradually.

What do your powdered blends taste like?
All our powdered formulas have a functional taste due to their plant-based formulation and the inclusion of bitter herbs. Unlike other brands, we purposefully don’t add masking agents or artificial flavours, so that you get the full benefit of pure, natural nourishment. Can I cook with MPowder blends?
MPowder can be added to hot ingredients but to preserve the nutritional hit, we don't recommend baking with our blends.
How quickly should I see results?
Our community efficacy studies indicate that most people start to see improvements to their symptoms within 4-6 weeks. But every body is different. And how you live, plus outside factors play a huge part in how you transition through menopause. Our recommendation is to commit to taking MPowder every day for 3 months. And to work with us to introduce other lifestyle changes to really see an impact.
How can I tell if your products work?
Each of our products contain ingredients at the therapeutic dosage levels that have shown potential in the lab studies. We also undertake our own efficacy studies and report on our findings. Can I overdose on MPowder?
All of our products are designed to give you a dosage within accepted daily levels of intake. We do not recommend you exceed the stated dosage.
Can this be taken alongside your foundational blends?
Mood-Food can be taken alongside our Peri-Boost. It has some of the same core ingredients as Meno-Boost (both formulations contain KSM-66® Ashwagandha and Lemon Balm at recommended daily dosages). However, it can be considered on an individual basis if these cluster symptoms are persistent. Simply book time for a call with us first!
How do I know if I need this as well as your foundational blends?
If you have been taking our foundational blends for more than 3 months and are still experiencing symptoms such as brain fog, anxiety, poor sleep and fatigue, Mood-Food may be what you need. This formulation was formulated to provide an additional boost to the most persistent symptoms we see in our community across the menopause journey. Equally, you may choose to try Mood-Food on its own first, as these cluster symptoms are often early signs of perimenopause.
I thought your foundational blends delivered everything I needed. Why is this offered as an addition now?
We’re very proud to be a brand based on insight and community. And, over the last two years, our tracking studies have highlighted the persistent nature of these cluster symptoms for many in our community. Whilst we see a downward trajectory of symptom severity, sometimes life events mean we need an additional boost to keep us feeling balanced. In addition, many of us will notice changes in mood, brain fog and sleep disturbances ‘first’ and want to tackle these symptoms first too.
What time of day should I take it?
We recommend you take Mood-Food in the morning, so you can benefit from its anxiolytic as well as cognition, mood and energy-boosting properties throughout the day. Don’t worry about sleep! The adaptogenic qualities of this formula mean it will also support sleep at night time.
I hate tablets/pills! How should I take this?
You can open the capsule and dilute the powder content in a small amount of water. Note that due to the presence of turmeric, it may stain so make sure you do it over the sink!

When should I see results?
Everyone is different but you should see results after 1 month if you take the formula daily. However, as with any supplement, diet or lifestyle change, for optimal results, we advise sticking to this protocol for a minimum of 3 months.

There are a number of common herbs used in menopause that are not in your blends. Why is this?
The menopause transition can last for 8-10 years. But, many herbs recommended during menopause should not be taken for extended periods of time. Our ingredients are carefully selected to be taken, daily, for as long as you need us.

Are your blends suitable for vegans?

Can I take this product with my prescription medicines?

Can I take your blends if pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Our blends are designed to support hormonal changes associated with menopause and are not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Why are there synthetic vitamin sources for some of the ingredients in your blends?
We use natural sources wherever we can - there are two instances where this can be an issue.
1. Volume, where natural sources of some vitamins require so much 'bulk' we can not always accommodate them within our serving size.
2. In some instances, there simply isn't a wholefood-led source of the beneficial vitamin.
However, we always ensure we compliment any synthetic ingredient with a wholefood boost in our formulation.

Before placing your order, choose the frequency of your subscription on the product page.
Your first delivery date sets the date for your future deliveries, which you can change easily in your account at any time after your first order.
How can I make changes to my subscription?
You can make the following changes to your subscription, at any time after the first delivery:
- delay the date of your next shipment
- update your delivery address
- update your payment details
- change the blend you are receiving
- cancel your subscription

When will my subscription be charged?
Your billing date is set by the date you first placed your subscription order. Hereafter you can change the date of your next subscription easily in My Account: you'll be automatically charged on this date each time your subscription us due to be sent out - either monthly or quarterly.
If you change the date of a future delivery, we will bill you on the date you have selected.
How can I change the date of my next delivery?
You can change the date of your next delivery easily in My Account:
1. Log In to My Account with your email and password.
2. Select 'Manage Subscriptions'.
3. Go to 'Next Charge Date' to choose a date from the calendar, and select 'UPDATE NEXT SHIPMENT DATE'
Your next subscription delivery will be dispatched and charged on the new date you have chosen.If you didn't create a password when placing your order it's easy to set up an Account. How do I update my payment method?
You can change your payment details used for your subscription in My Account:

3. You will see your subscription listed in Subscription Orders - select EDIT.
4. Go to the 'Card On File' section and click the arrow to edit your card details.
5. Select 'UPDATE CARD'.
Your next subscription delivery will be charged to the details you have chosen.
Can I change the blend I am subscribed to?
You can change the product you'll receive in your next subscription delivery, through My Account:
1. Log In to My Account with your email and password.
2. Click on 'Manage Subscriptions'.
3. Go to 'Delivery Schedule'.
4. The blend you are subscribed to will be listed - click on the arrow, followed by SWAP PRODUCT.
5. Choose the blend you want and click SELECT.
Your next subscription delivery will contain the blend you have chosen.
How do I change the address I want my next subscription to be delivered to?
To change the address for your next subscription delivery, please log in to My Account with your email address and password.
Select 'Manage Subscriptions' followed by 'Shipping Addresses' where you will be able to change the address details for future subscription deliveries.
What if I want to cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription in My Account:
1. Log in using your email address and password.
2. Select 'Manage Subscriptions'.
3. Click EDIT.
4. At the bottom of the page you will find the option to CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
Your subscription delivery will be cancelled, and there will be no further recurring charges.
Why can't I access my MPowder account?
If you didn't set a password when you placed your order, it's easy to set up an account. You can request an account invite that will enable you to activate your account and access your subscription. Simply select ACCOUNT at the top of our homepage, followed by Need Help. Just enter the email address you used to make your purchase.
If you created a password when you placed your order, but are unable to log in to your account, you may be using the wrong email address or password. Please try the following:
- You can request to reset your password if you have forgotten it.- If you have tried to use an email address not registered to your account, the following message will show : 'No account found with that email'. To identify the email address registered to your account, search for our order confirmation emails which will have been sent to this email address.
If you still need help, please get in touch with firstname.lastname@example.org who will be happy to help. We will just ask you to confirm your address details with us, to verify yourself as the account holder.
I've got too much product - can I skip my next delivery?
If you don't need your next delivery of MPowder as scheduled, it's easy to skip a monthly or quarterly delivery.
Simply log in to My Account with your email address and password, and select Manage Subscriptions. Then go to Delivery Schedule where you can see the details of your upcoming order. Just select SKIP to miss the next one.
