The berry itself is quite tart which means many acai brands mix the berry with false sugars and sweeteners. We recommend you keep it pure! Purchase pure Acai pulp - and add softness and sweetness naturally with banana and a handful of berries.

INGREDIENTS SMOOTHIE:
A block of frozen acai (30g), softened by running under a warm tap for a minute
One ripe banana sliced
A handful of blueberries / raspberries 
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
A handful of ice
3 x level tablespoons of Peri-Boost

TOPPINGS:
Your favourite nut butter
A handful of homemade granola
A sprinkle of goji berries

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Put all of the smoothie ingredients into your blender and blitz until smooth (add a little water to get the consistency you like)
2. Pour into a bowl and garnish with a dollop of nut butter, a handful of homemade granola and a spinkle of goji berries.
