Focus: Fighting fatigue naturally

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Peri-Boost (30g / 1 oz)
  • 250ml milk of your choice (coconut water can work well too and give extra hydration boost!) (1 cup)
  • ½ mango (about 80g)
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (1 US tbsp)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 4 ice cubes

Why it works:

  • Peri-Boost: Contains iron, B vitamins and vitamin C for red blood cell production and energy metabolism.
  • Mango: High in vitamin C and natural sugars for a gentle energy lift.
  • Date: Quick-release natural carbohydrate and source of fibre and potassium.
  • Chia seeds: Rich in omega-3s and fibre; slow the release of sugars into the bloodstream.
  • Lime juice: Freshens the blend and provides additional vitamin C.
    If used: Coconut water: Hydrating and high in electrolytes, especially potassium.

Instructions:

Blend on high speed and serve chilled.
