Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp Peri-Boost (30g / 1 oz)
- 250ml milk of your choice (coconut water can work well too and give extra hydration boost!) (1 cup)
- ½ mango (about 80g)
- 1 Medjool date
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (1 US tbsp)
- Juice of ½ lime
- 4 ice cubes
Why it works:
- Peri-Boost: Contains iron, B vitamins and vitamin C for red blood cell production and energy metabolism.
- Mango: High in vitamin C and natural sugars for a gentle energy lift.
- Date: Quick-release natural carbohydrate and source of fibre and potassium.
- Chia seeds: Rich in omega-3s and fibre; slow the release of sugars into the bloodstream.

If used: Coconut water: Hydrating and high in electrolytes, especially potassium.
