Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Peri-Boost (30g / 1 oz)
  • 200ml oat milk (¾ cup)
  • ½ cup blueberries (75g)
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (1 US tbsp)
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • Pinch black pepper
  • 3 ice cubes
